The grapes of this excellent Winzersekt originate from the best locations of Briedel, a little town at river Mosel. The Briedeler Nonnengarten, the Briedeler Sch?ferlay and the Felsenterrassen Trieren are all steepslope winegrowing areas with Mosel-typical slate soils. Only the best grapes are cultivated, handpicked and used for the champagne, without applying herbicides to maintain biodiversity at the vineyard.
